By accessing the website, using our services, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

AniHalo products are intended to assist with animal deterrence. Results may vary depending on placement, installation, environment, weather, animal behaviour, property characteristics, and other circumstances. Product descriptions do not guarantee a specific result in every situation.

Customers are responsible for reading and following all product instructions and safety information.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.

Any applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes collected by AniHalo will be displayed before payment is completed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Orders are subject to successful payment authorization. We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to verify an order or prevent fraud.

4. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

After an order is submitted, you will receive an electronic confirmation containing information about the purchase.

We may limit or refuse an order when reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law, including cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, abusive purchasing activity, or legal restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section permits AniHalo to cancel an order for a reason prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.

5. Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

A product shown on the website may become unavailable before inventory information is updated. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact the customer and provide a remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Products marked as sold out or unavailable cannot be ordered unless the website clearly states that the purchase is a preorder or backorder.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, tracking information, and delivery procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery date is expressly provided. Delays will be handled in accordance with the Shipping Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Eligible purchases are covered by our published Return and Refund Policy, including the AniHalo 30-Night Trial.

The Return and Refund Policy explains the return window, eligibility requirements, return shipping costs, promotional orders, damaged products, and refund processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory warranties, cancellation rights, or other consumer rights.

8. Order Cancellations and Changes

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been fulfilled or dispatched.

A cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after order processing has begun.

Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

9. Discounts and Promotions

Promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions disclosed before purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order.

Free gifts and promotional items have no separate cash value. Refunds for promotional bundles may be adjusted based on the products returned and the products retained, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Promotional pricing does not automatically make an otherwise eligible product final sale.

10. Reviews and Customer Content

When you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, comment, or other content, you confirm that the content reflects your genuine experience and does not violate the rights of another person.
