Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, product launches, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed and delivered.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we may contact you by email when possible.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and do not include order processing time, weekends, holidays, customs delays, or unexpected carrier delays.
Delivery Delays
AniHalo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping addresses, weather, holidays, international transit issues, local postal services, or any other circumstances outside our control.
Please note that international orders may experience additional delays due to customs inspections, import regulations, or local delivery services.
A delay in delivery does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, exchange, or chargeback once the order has been processed or shipped.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number, if tracking is available for your order.
Tracking information may take up to 24 to 72 hours to update after the shipment confirmation has been sent.
If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow additional time before contacting support, as tracking scans may be delayed by the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AniHalo is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, import charges, or other fees applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is delayed, held, refused, or returned due to customs, unpaid duties, incorrect customer information, or failure to accept delivery, AniHalo is not responsible for any resulting delays, losses, or additional fees.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
AniHalo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at hello@anihalo.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
AniHalo is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during shipping once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, front desk, building management, or local post office.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us at hello@anihalo.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Damage to the exterior shipping box alone does not qualify for a refund or replacement if the product itself is not damaged.

Please note that sale items, discounted items, promotional items, mystery gift offers, BOGO offers, free gift offers, gift cards, or other special deals are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
