Bought it because the kitchen had been stressing me out at night. Tried the hallway, didn't feel right, moved it to the pantry. It runs without any noise that I can hear. I checked the green light a few times the first week to be sure. Plug-in setup is what I wanted, not another thing to remember. After the first week or so, things have been a lot less stressful. Tbh I forgot it was even there until I noticed how calm things felt.
