We got tired of finding chewed packaging in the cupboards. Set it up in the kitchen close to where we'd seen activity. I checked the green light a few times the first week to be sure. The size is honestly the best part. It runs without any noise that I can hear. Honestly the kitchen has stayed quieter than it has in months. It's smaller than I expected which is a plus.
