Activity in the basement was getting worse so I figured it was worth a shot. Put it in the basement near where we keep the tools. It's about the size of a phone charger, so it disappears. Honestly couldn't be much simpler. It runs without any noise that I can hear. We weren't seeing the same signs after about ten days. It's smaller than I expected which is a plus.
